MOVIE REVIEW:SPLIT

Split is a movie about person has DID, who kidnaps three girls and kills them. First, we should know what is the DID? DID is a kind of mental illness that has different mind in a body, each one has their own personality, they will not present there mind in same time. when you see a person calm for a while, then change to a totally different personality, that means that he or she has DID.

The kidnapper in this movie is call Kevin, Kevin has main mind in the body, he has DID because he has been bullied when he was young, many trauma that gives him have 24 personalities. He has three majority minds, Denis, Patricia and Hedwig. Denis is the people who kidnap three girls, in his mind, everything needs to be clean. Patricia is a wise women. Hedwig is a 9 years old kid. Denis said the reason he kidnap three girl because he is preparing the sacrifice for the "24th" mind, he is a monster, he will eat the people that is unclean in their mind.

Three girls discover that their memory will not connect, the three girls try to escape to approach Hedwig. But every time they almost escape, Denis will force to change the dominance of his mind.

Kevin will go to have the doctor each month, the mind that go to doctor is called Barry, but during the conversation, the doctor found out that the mind is not Barry anymore, she also found out that speak out the real name of that body can change back to the original mind. She uses some reason to go to his house, he wrote the Kevin real name, but Dennis knows her before she say the name. The girl called Kathy said his name, Kevin get the dominance, he told Kathy to get the gun and shoot him, but the monster took the dominance again.

Kathy stay in a cage to avoid the monster catch her. When the monster tries to open the cage, it saw the wound from Kathy. Kathy has been raped while she was young, the thing got worse after her father died, she tries to commit suicide many times, the monster show his sympathy and run away. Some people found him later. She has been lock under the zoo, when the police ask her does she want to call her uncle, she stands still and answers nothing. that is how the movie ends!

After watched this movie, I learn that we should not bullying people. Bully can totally destroyed his or her life. DID is the one of the consequence, some people will commit suicide, like Casey in the movie. Bully is a very serious problem now, many people have been bullied while they were young, and it's hard to forget it, it will change that person forever!!!
